Education Journey
Growing up in Uganda, access to quality education has never been easy. Like many others, my journey was shaped by determination, discipline, and a strong belief that education—no matter the challenges—remains a foundation for progress.
My formal education began at Musita Primary School, where I studied from Primary One to Primary Seven. These early years played a critical role in building my character, work ethic, and resilience. Despite limited resources, the experience taught me the value of consistency and focus from a young age.
I later joined Busoga Secondary School, where I completed Senior One to Senior Four. It was during this stage that my interest in practical and technical subjects began to grow. After completing O-Level, I proceeded to Rena College, Mayuge, where I undertook Senior Five and Senior Six. This period further sharpened my discipline and prepared me for higher education.
Driven by the desire to understand both people and organizations, I enrolled at Kampala International University (KIU), where I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management. This academic background strengthened my leadership skills, people management abilities, and understanding of organizational systems—skills that remain essential in managing teams and large projects.
However, my passion for construction had been present since childhood. I was naturally drawn to building, structures, and how things come together from the ground up. To align my academic path with this lifelong interest, I later joined Kyambogo University, where I completed a Diploma in Civil and Construction Engineering. This technical training provided the practical knowledge and engineering foundation that now defines my professional career.
Today, my education reflects a balance between technical expertise and human leadership. It is this combination that has enabled me to grow within the construction industry, manage large teams, and deliver projects with both precision and professionalism—despite starting in an environment where opportunities were limited.
