Holding a Diploma in Civil & Construction Engineering from Kyambogo University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Kampala International University, I bring a balanced approach to construction — focusing on quality execution, team leadership, safety, and timely delivery. Eng. Fahad Smeaton Ntambi is a seasoned construction professional, entrepreneur, and business leader with over 14 years of experience in the construction and built-environment industry. Born on 9th October 1991 in Mayuge District, Uganda, he has grown into one of the region’s respected figures in construction, property development, and related enterprises.

He is the Founder and Director of Smeaton Constructions, a company known for delivering quality residential, commercial, and civil engineering projects across Uganda and the East African region. Under his leadership, the company has expanded into a diversified group of businesses, including Smeaton Hardware, Smeaton Interiors, real estate development, and the sale of online pre-designed house plans, serving both local and international clients.

Eng. Fahad holds a Diploma in Civil & Construction Engineering from Kyambogo University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Kampala International University (KIU). This rare combination of technical expertise and people-management skills enables him to lead large teams, manage complex projects, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Today, his businesses collectively employ over 50 professionals and skilled workers, contributing to job creation and economic growth.
